Dr. Brad M. Meslin


Dr. Meslin is a founder of CSP, heads the firm’s strategic and transaction advisory practices, and manages CSP’s private equity co-investment affiliate, CSP Equity Partners. He has served on the Boards of Directors of several client portfolio companies, including CMC Electronics, Inc., Sentient Jet, Berkshire Manufactured Products, Primus Aerospace, and Spacehab, Inc. Dr. Meslin was a co-founder of Spacehab, the first privately-financed commercial space habitat, which flew 22 missions about the U.S. Space Shuttle fleet; and also served as acting CEO of eBizJets, Inc., the predecessor of Sentient Jet, which is the largest U.S. business aviation charter provider. Dr. Meslin holds graduate degrees from The Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy (M.A.L.D., Ph.D.), and York University, Toronto (B.A. in Political Science), and serves as a member of the Board of Advisors of The Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy.

Mr. Mark R. Oderman


Mr. Oderman is a co-founder of CSP, leads the firm’s space and telecom practice, and has managed several hundred engagements across a range of client/market areas, including communications, engineering services, C4ISR, space and ground systems, defense microelectronics, and GIS software and services. Mr. Oderman holds an M.A.L.D. from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and a B.A. from Pomona College.

Mr. Timothy J. Gregor


Mr. Gregor leads strategic and transaction advisory engagements primarily involving U.S. and European aerospace, defense, intelligence, and technical services contractors. Prior to joining CSP, Mr. Gregor was an analyst with the U.S. Government, responsible for evaluating foreign arms production and proliferation. Mr. Gregor holds a M.A. in National Security and a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.

Mr. Marc E.


Mr. Vaucher leads transaction advisory engagements in the aviation components, soldier systems, homeland security, and defense sectors. Prior to joining CSP, Mr. Vaucher was an International Credit and Country Risk Analyst for the Bank of New England in Boston, and as a geophysical exploration technologist for AMOCO Oil Company. He received his M.A.L.D from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, and his B.A. from Lewis & Clark College.

Mr. Mayur Manmohansingh, CFA, CPA


Mr. Manmohansingh manages strategic and transaction due diligence assignments involving the aviation and defense sectors. Prior to joining CSP, Mr. Manmohansingh was a Vice President in the Global Aerospace & Defense Equity Research team at Barclays covering over 25 companies in both the U.S. and European markets. Mr. Manmohansingh was also a senior auditor at Ernst & Young LLP (New York). Mr. Manmohansingh holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University and received his Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.

Ms. Kathleen Phinney


Ms. Phinney is CSP’s Director of Research, providing support to CSP engagement teams across a wide array of markets and applications, including civil and defense budgets, IT, government services, and commercial aerospace. Prior to joining CSP, Ms. Phinney was the head of research for a boutique M&A firm in Boston. Ms. Phinney received a B.A. from Boston University with a concentration in International Relations/Policy & Security Studies, a Masters Certificate in Business from University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Program Certificate in Data Analytics from Cornell.

Mr. Joshua Heacock


Mr. Heacock supports transaction due diligence and strategy engagements for the aviation and defense sectors. Prior to joining CSP, Mr. Heacock worked for HSBC Global Markets and Banking in New York. Previously, Mr. Heacock served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force, leading maintenance operations for the B-2 “Spirit” Stealth Bomber. Mr. Heacock holds an MBA with Honors from Columbia Business School and graduated with Academic Distinction from the U.S. Air Force Academy.

Mr. Joseph Breda


Mr. Breda manages transaction and strategic advisory engagements across the defense and government services sectors for a wide range of private equity and corporate clients. Prior to joining CSP, Mr. Breda worked as a Consultant at a Boston-based management consultancy focused on turnaround management, crisis management, performance improvement, and exit advisory. Mr. Breda holds a B.S./B.A. degree, Summa Cum Laude, in Finance and Managerial and Financial Economics from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire.

Mr. Mark Petros


Mr. Petros supports strategic and transaction advisory engagements across commercial aerospace, defense and government services markets. Prior to joining CSP, Mr. Petros was an Associate at a diversified Boston-based Private Equity firm focusing on companies between $2-10M in EBITDA across numerous industries. Mr. Petros holds a B.S. in Economics from Amherst College.

Mr. Mark Mangano


Mr. Mangano supports strategic and transaction advisory engagements across the commercial aerospace, defense and government services markets. Prior to joining CSP, Mr. Mangano was an Investment Banking Associate in the Industrial & Rental Services Group at Oppenheimer & Co., where he supported senior bankers in the origination and execution of middle-market investment banking transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and debt financings. Prior, Mr. Mangano was also a Senior Analyst at Renaissance Strategic Advisors. Mr. Mangano holds a B.A. in History and Economics from Connecticut College.

Mr. Matthew Hardy


Mr. Hardy supports strategic and transaction advisory engagements across the aerospace and defense markets. Prior to joining CSP, Mr. Hardy was an Associate with a Boston-based investment management firm and a Financial Analyst at BAE Systems. Mr. Hardy holds a B.A. in Accounting from Lynchburg College and an M.S. in Finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

Mr. Christopher Jan


Mr. Jan supports transaction due diligence and strategy engagements across the aerospace, defense, and government services markets. Prior to joining CSP, Mr. Jan worked at Lazard Middle Market and Ernst & Young’s Financial Services Advisory, in Chicago. Mr. Jan holds a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard University and a Bachelors of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor.

Mr. Nate Neroni


Mr. Neroni supports strategic and transaction advisory engagements across the commercial aerospace and defense markets. Prior to joining CSP, Mr. Neroni was a consultant within the private equity practice at Stax Inc., where he focused on M&A, growth strategy and operational improvement initiatives across multiple industries. Previously, he worked in finance at Lockheed Martin. Mr. Neroni holds a B.A in Economics from the University of Southern California.

Gina Panaggio


Ms. Panaggio provides general administrative and logistical support to the firm, including liaising with clients in support of transaction due diligence and strategic advisory engagements and putting the finishing touches on deliverables and other engagement materials. She is responsible for the daily administrative functions of the firm including travel arrangement, vendor management, and event coordination. Ms. Panaggio studied Communications with a concentration in Journalism at DePaul University.

Jessica Young


Ms. Young is CSP’s Operation Manager, providing general office administration, management, accounting & human resources support. Prior to joining CSP, Ms. Young was the Executive Assistant to the President of State Street Global Advisors. Ms. Young holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
