Dr. Brad M. Meslin

SENIOR MANAGING DIRECTOR

Dr. Meslin is a founder of CSP, heads the firm’s strategic and transaction advisory practices, and manages CSP’s private equity co-investment affiliate, CSP Equity Partners. He has served on the Boards of Directors of several client portfolio companies, including CMC Electronics, Inc., Sentient Jet, Berkshire Manufactured Products, Primus Aerospace, and Spacehab, Inc. Dr. Meslin was a co-founder of Spacehab, the first privately-financed commercial space habitat, which flew 22 missions about the U.S. Space Shuttle fleet; and also served as acting CEO of eBizJets, Inc., the predecessor of Sentient Jet, which is the largest U.S. business aviation charter provider. Dr. Meslin holds graduate degrees from The Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy (M.A.L.D., Ph.D.), and York University, Toronto (B.A. in Political Science), and serves as a member of the Board of Advisors of The Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy.

Mr. Mark R. Oderman

SENIOR MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr. Oderman is a co-founder of CSP, leads the firm’s space and telecom practice, and has managed several hundred engagements across a range of client/market areas, including communications, engineering services, C4ISR, space and ground systems, defense microelectronics, and GIS software and services. Mr. Oderman holds an M.A.L.D. from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and a B.A. from Pomona College.

Mr. Timothy J. Gregor

SENIOR MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr. Gregor leads strategic and transaction advisory engagements primarily involving U.S. and European aerospace, defense, intelligence, and technical services contractors. Prior to joining CSP, Mr. Gregor was an analyst with the U.S. Government, responsible for evaluating foreign arms production and proliferation. Mr. Gregor holds a M.A. in National Security and a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.

Vaucher

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr. Vaucher leads transaction advisory engagements in the aviation components, soldier systems, homeland security, and defense sectors. Prior to joining CSP, Mr. Vaucher was an International Credit and Country Risk Analyst for the Bank of New England in Boston, and as a geophysical exploration technologist for AMOCO Oil Company. He received his M.A.L.D from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, and his B.A. from Lewis & Clark College.

Mr. Mayur Manmohansingh, CFA, CPA

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr. Manmohansingh manages strategic and transaction due diligence assignments involving the aviation and defense sectors. Prior to joining CSP, Mr. Manmohansingh was a Vice President in the Global Aerospace & Defense Equity Research team at Barclays covering over 25 companies in both the U.S. and European markets. Mr. Manmohansingh was also a senior auditor at Ernst & Young LLP (New York). Mr. Manmohansingh holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University and received his Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.

Mr. Joshua Heacock

DIRECTOR

Mr. Heacock supports transaction due diligence and strategy engagements for the aviation and defense sectors. Prior to joining CSP, Mr. Heacock worked for HSBC Global Markets and Banking in New York. Previously, Mr. Heacock served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force, leading maintenance operations for the B-2 “Spirit” Stealth Bomber. Mr. Heacock holds an MBA with Honors from Columbia Business School and graduated with Academic Distinction from the U.S. Air Force Academy.

Mr. Mark Petros

Mr. Petros supports strategic and transaction advisory engagements across commercial aerospace, defense and government services markets. Prior to joining CSP, Mr. Petros was an Associate at a diversified Boston-based Private Equity firm focusing on companies between $2-10M in EBITDA across numerous industries. Mr. Petros holds a B.S. in Economics from Amherst College.

Mr. Eric C. Chase

DIRECTOR

Mr. Chase supports transaction due diligence and strategy engagements for corporate clients, private equity sponsors, and institutional lenders active in the aerospace, defense and government services sectors. Prior to joining CSP Associates, Mr. Chase worked as a strategy adviser and management consultant at Toffler Associates and Booz Allen Hamilton. Mr. Chase’s passion for aerospace & defense began over 15 years ago in the Marine Corps where he served in numerous roles including Intelligence Officer, Infantry Commander and Defense Attaché. Mr. Chase holds a M.A. in Security Studies from Georgetown, M.S. in Business Administration from Boston University and B.A. from Princeton University.

Mr. G. Joseph Cresta

DIRECTOR OF RESEARCH

Mr. Cresta serves as CSP’s Director of Research, supporting strategic and transaction advisory engagements across commercial aerospace, defense and government services markets. Prior to joining CSP, Mr. Cresta led a practice performing competitive intelligence on U.S. federal government IT and professional services contractors at Technology Business Research, an IT market and competitive analysis firm in Hampton, N.H. Mr. Cresta holds a B.A. in English and Anthropology from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine.

Mr. Matthew Hardy

Mr. Hardy supports strategic and transaction advisory engagements across the aerospace and defense markets. Prior to joining CSP, Mr. Hardy was an Associate with a Boston-based investment management firm and a Financial Analyst at BAE Systems. Mr. Hardy holds a B.A. in Accounting from Lynchburg College and an M.S. in Finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

Mr. John Huffman

SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Mr. Huffman supports transactional due diligence and strategic advisory projects in the commercial aerospace, defense and government services markets. Prior to joining CSP, Mr. Huffman was an associate at Galt and Co., a consulting firm focused on maximizing shareholder value for Fortune 50 clients. Previously, Mr. Huffman held roles in corporate strategy, business development and finance at United Technologies. Mr. Huffman holds an M.S. in Finance from Georgetown University and a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics from the University of San Diego.

Mr. Nate Neroni

Mr. Neroni supports strategic and transaction advisory engagements across the commercial aerospace and defense markets. Prior to joining CSP, Mr. Neroni was a consultant within the private equity practice at Stax Inc., where he focused on M&A, growth strategy and operational improvement initiatives across multiple industries. Previously, he worked in finance at Lockheed Martin. Mr. Neroni holds a B.A in Economics from the University of Southern California.

Mr. Julliard K. Del Rosario, CFA

Mr. Del Rosario supports transaction due diligence and strategy engagements across the aerospace, defense, and government services markets. Prior to joining CSP, Mr. Del Rosario worked in corporate strategy roles at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions in Washington, D.C. Mr. Del Rosario holds a B.A. with Distinction in All Subjects in Psychology from Cornell University and is a member of CFA Society Boston.

Gina Panaggio

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Ms. Panaggio provides administrative and logistical support to the firm, including liaising with clients in support of transaction due diligence and strategic advisory engagements and putting the finishing touches on deliverables and other engagement materials. She is responsible for managing the operations of the firm including human resources, accounting, travel arrangement, vendor management, and event coordination. Ms. Panaggio studied Communications with a concentration in Journalism at DePaul University.

Ruby Meek

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Ms. Meek provides administrative support to the firm to ensure efficient operation of the office. She performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks such as making travel and meeting arrangements and maintaining appropriate filing systems. She supports directors and associates through a variety of tasks related to communication and organization as well as assists in daily office needs and managing CSP’s general administrative activities. Ms. Meek holds a B.A. in English with a concentration in Editing from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
