JAN 2018: CSP Advises on 10 Announced Transactions

Since June 2017, CSP has provided buy-side and sell-side diligence advisory services in 10 announced aerospace, defense, and government (ADG) transactions, with a further five deals pending but unannounced. For the full year, CSP supported 17 announced deals and more than 40 transactions overall, with an aggregate enterprise value of approximately $15 billion on behalf of more than 30 private equity and corporate clients.
