In November, CSP co-hosted the premier annual A&D mergers and acquisitions conference, in cooperation with Aviation Week. The 4th annual event brought together industry executives, private equity sponsors and institutional financing sources to discuss COVID-19 impacts on the commercial aviation, space, and defense sectors, and the implications for M&A in 2022 and beyond.
